Product Description

 Basic Parameters:

20ft 8.23m³ Bromine Tank Container‌: designed for transporting LPG‌.

‌Bromine or Bromine Solution:‌UN1744/‌Tank Container Guidelines:‌ T22/Tank Code:L21DH(+)/Tank Container Code Identification Mark‌: 20K2.

The tank is designed for top loading and unloading. The frame is constructed using Q355D or SPA-H steel pipes, equipped with container lock holes. The tank body is made of SA-516 steel plates, with thickness complying with technical specifications. The inner walls of the tank are lead-lined, with a minimum lead thickness of 5mm, resulting in a post-lead-lining tank volume of 8.32 m³.

The full-frame structure includes a fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP) walkway installed at the center of the tank top, along with a ladder. 

The tank is equipped with:

One DN25 gas phase valve,

One DN40 liquid phase valve,

One manhole,

One PTFE-lined siphon tube for internal and external material transfer,

Valve protective covers,

Anti-corrosion specialized paint coating,

A GPS tracking module (annual service fee to be covered by the buyer).

Prior to loading, the interior of the tank must undergo bromine passivation treatment. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the attached documents.
